Reception and concierge were very helpful. Parking was sorted by hotel which was very helpful being a very busy area. Rooms were clean and shower extremely good. Maid service was excellent clean towels daily and kept clean.

Nicest staff and excellent breakfast

Very nice staff and car service - which came in handy because I arrived at night and there was no parking anywhere near. Kahvaltı was excellent.

Staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning. Rooms are sleek, clean, shower, tv and a/c working well. Nearby a lot of shops and eateries. You can get a quiet room if you request.

Location- perfect. Very good breakfast. Verg good front office/concierge. Since it is on a hip neighborhood with university students so, some nights can be loud. The biggest problem is the smell of cigarettes/ smoke- 2 possibility: the coffeeshop downstairs- if you are on top of the smoking section of the cafe, you can smell the smoke in some of rooms ( or the guests smoke in some of the rooms even though it is not allowed)

A waste of money

When I saw the ratings I was impressed 9.2 but I would give probably 6 . The room was small and tight, their breakfast wasn’t very good with fewer items than a lot of hotels I’ve been in, even their parking lot that fits maybe 5 cars with a smelly trash container in front. Nothing like the pictures on their site.

Konaklama muhteşemde öncelikle konum olarak çok canlı bir yerde sesden rahatsız olanlar beğenmiyebilir ama bence tam şehrin cıvıl cıvıl olduğu bir lokasyon. Her şey tertemizdi. Tek sıkıntı bulunduğumuz odanın tuvalet konumlanması maalesef oturulmaya elverişli değildi. Resepsiyonla görüştüğümüzde hemen değiştirebilceklerini söylediler odayı. Bu yüzden çalışan ve müşteri ilişkileri gayet iyiydi ve çok yardımseverlerdi
