Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me.
