“Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos trois enfants âgés de 19 14 et trois ans et demi je vais commencer par les points positifs, très bel hôtel, très bien entretenu le ménage des chambres est toujours bien fait. Nous avions une décoration sur notre lit. Chaque jour, la personnel est incroyablement gentil que ce soit de la femme de ménage au jardinier jusqu’au serveur Toute l’équipe est très attentionnée. Par contre je trouve que l’hôtel n’est pas conçu pour les familles dans la piscine……

“At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.”

“Enjoyed the pool”

“It has the potential to be very good. The property size is very good and the gardens are all private and not over looked. The issue is it needs a lot of refurbishment. Nothing totally fundamental but to give you a theme we had a 3 bed villa. None of the doors properly close so you get bugs coming in at night you’re not careful. The air con leakes when you have it on for more than 5 mins. The outside tables wobble so much if you put a coffee on them it wins be there for long. The kitchen tap was……

“Where we stayed at the Oasis Camp was lovely. Clearly it was a newer addition to the Barcelo Resort and it was beautifully appointed and quiet. At night they would light a fire in the center of all the "tents" which made for a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rest of the Barcelo resort has gone somewhat to seed. It was clearly in it's heyday 20 years ago or so and not much has been done to improve on it since. There were multiple amenities (volleyball, tennis, lake) that weren't well……

“The property and its garden are amazing, but contrary to advertised there is no bar no restaurant and it is remote. But if you want a stunning, quiet bed and breakfast with a beautiful pool look no further.”
