L’appartement se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture des villages de Grimentz et Zinal et à 10 minutes de Saint-Luc. Situé à 250m de tous les bus du Val d'Anniviers, à 300m du supermarché, de la boucherie et de la boulangerie du village. Cuisine habitable récente avec coin à manger, lave-vaisselle, machine à café four, four micro-ondes, grille-pain, chauffe-eau et radio. Balcon exposé sud. Joli salon avec cheminée (bois non fourni. En vente au supermarché du village), télévision câblée, lecteur DVD, docking station, internet (Wifi) et accès au balcon. Très bien exposé sud et ouest et bénéficie d’une belle vue sur le Val d'Anniviers. Une chambre avec un lit simple (90x200). Une chambre parentale avec un lit double (160x200) et accès au balcon. Une grande chambre avec deux lits simples (90x200). Salle de douche avec lavabo, lave-linge et sèche-linge. WC séparé avec lavabo. Une place de parc extérieure.
