“The check-in process is very bad. The building complex is a gated complex were the guards don't even seem to know a hotel exists in the complex. Without your room key you can't enter through security and messaging the hotel through email never got a reply. I was lucky the guard was very friendly and helped me call the hotel. A staff had to come down to let me in. Cleanliness is also questionable. Hair, dust and prior liquid marks can be seen. Prior rubbish of was not thrown out. The "personal……

“I do not recommend this place. I booked it because the price relative to the room size was attractive, but wasn't worth it. First - the management tried to give me a room that's a lower standard than the room in the pictures. After requesting to leave the hotel they showed me few other rooms and ended admitting the room in the picture doesn't exist so I put me in a slightly better room. The whole process took over an hour due to elevator being extremely slow and overcrowded with mostly what seem……
