Very nice place for that money. Perfect if you're searching for a place to spend a night or two and don't really need anything else but bed and shower. Teriyaki restaurant is right across the parking lot and it's good. Supermarkets are in a few minutes walk radius. Great venues and historical city landmarkes around, though be ready to see everything you see nowadays in big cities downtown - homeless, trash. It's very sad but that's how it is nowadays. The area is safe though despite if looking a bit frightening. P.S. the trains are running right through the area in case if you care (didn't bother me personally at all)
