"This hotel is just off the highway and a peefect spot for day trips to Gibraltar and Tangiers through the Tarifa port. Staff were prompt and friendly with an easy check in and out. One staffer promptly addressed a concern we experienced involving another guest (boisterous and inebriated). He spoke to the guest to warn them and he also offered us another room on another floor to move us from the area which we accepted. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating options so we didn't have to wait for a table. There is a shopping centre (more of an arcade), some big chain restaurants to eat at and a grocery store all within a 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is on the older side but we found it clean, good space in the room and the beds were great."

Every single member of staff I interacted with made me feel truly seen. As if nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled with such grace! "The front desk staff were super nice. The hotel was clean and modern. The area around the hotel is interesting. It’s full of what appear to be wholesale businesses selling stuff from the container ships. There were a lot of interesting places to eat, mostly chain restaurants, but interesting ones we’d never been to before."
