“We stayed 1 week, paid 20k$ for a 3 bedroom Suite, pool was not usable as full of algae, when complained they tried to clean it and then the water was dirty. Houskeeping is inconsistent, one day they have a trun down, the other day not, breakfast is sometimes a zoo, everyone running around and waiting times of 10-15min for a coffee, cold coffee.. building is nice, staff has zero passion to make your stay nice and if you complain not much happens.”

“The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers. There were a few things I felt was missing but nothing that takes away……

“Poorly managed property - understaffed throughout particularly in the restaurant. Never known a hotel bar to close at 11pm each night. For the price paid very disappointed.”

“Lovely beach location, The rooms and surroundings were very clean. There's a Padel, tennis and football court onsite. The kids club had lots of activities and an outdoor play / swimming area. Food was also great and staff were very kind. Will definitely return.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. The noise levels from screaming children and drunk adults during the so called quiet hours were unbearable. The quiet hour rules are simply not enforced. Complained to the reception but they didn’t seem to care. No carts to move your bags from the parking area to our cabin which was a considerable walk. Lighting inside the cabin was poor. “Very nice staff. Nice aspect and close to beach too. Difficult without a car and found taxi expensive. I required of the airport shuttle mentioned and had booked the return but when enquired it wasn’t an actual shuttle but called local taxi which was expensive and basic. Confused when Expedia said shuttle available and concession. It didn’t. It was nice and fab for golf of course”

“A refined hotel amongst many in the region which are less so. The feeling is quite exclusive, but of course, you pay for that. The food is very good, although “Lobster served with chips and a crispy fried egg, which sounds irresistible, is disappointing at euros 110 for two people,1 small lobster, between 2 does not go far. We will definitely return though for the sweetbreads cooked on the Josper! A very friendly and relaxing experience all told.”

“The room was nice and clean. Except a big complain about the shower. The shower head was leaking all over and spraying water all over. Another major drawback for me is the situation with getting an iron and an iron board. Couldn’t believe that the entire hotel had only 1 iron and board. I had to ask couple of times and finally got one on end of second day of my stay that too just the iron and not the board. Bizarre. The dinner in the evening was ok nothing great but very highly priced compared……
