Apartment Oak with shared hot tub

This cozy apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests. It is located on the first floor of the house.There is a fully equipped open space kitchen with dining are, one bedroom with two single beds, double bed and one single bed in the living area and bathroom with shower. On the outside there is a private terrace with seating area, 2 parking spaces, shared BBQ and shared hot tub (with one other apartment).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
CHECK IN time is from 4PM.
CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.

- Pets are allowed only with previous request and possible additional payment!
.- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectfull of this!
- Shared hot tub is available from 15th of April until 15th of November


Only 400 meters from the apartment you can enjoy swimmng or diving at one of the beaches. For adventurers, eager for adrenaline, Sabunike offers an unforgettable experience of windsurfing or kite-sailing due to the strong wind, the bura, that blows from Velebit. After Bol on Brač, Sabunike is the most famous surfing destination. Walking along the observation deck, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the junction of the sea and the Velebit mountain, and if you happen to be there in the morning, you will be the first to see the sun that day! The beautiful sight of the sunrise and the beginning of a new day are the most impressive from this point. Take unforgettable photos at the observation deck, your own private photo session.
