The property was nice and the staff was great but we had some issues with lighting in the room as well as the air conditioner at night kept going off in the middle of the night and it would get warm.

I like the Riu because it had so many different things for their customers. Water aerobics, Zumba, shows, a gym, spa, etc. The all inclusive was excellent. Very good food and such a large variety to select from not to mention
a free 24 hour room service. My only critique would be they need to update their gym equipment and televisions in the hotel rooms. A special mention that the beach wasl lovely.
