My stay at Elliot was really nice. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The location is also great – the neighborhood is cool with lots of shops and nice restaurants nearby. Plus, the check-in is super easy with a door password.

I had a great experience of staying at Elliot Athens. The apartment was super clean and cozy, equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a bunch of local cafes and restaurants in close proximity. Check-in with a door access code is super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

A gem

One of the highlights of our vacation! This place is absolutely impeccable and equipped with all the essentials a traveler could need, including a washer and a clothesline, which made a big difference during our stay. We had three separate apartments booked, and each of us enjoyed the same level of comfort and care. The beds were incredibly comfortable and made it easy to get a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to cook and feel at home. The neighborhood is full of charming cafés and bakeries offering a wide variety of delicious pastries and drinks. The team managing the property is exceptionally responsive and truly goes above and beyond to address any issues quickly. As a bonus, if your stay includes a Saturday, don’t miss the nearby farmers market. It is amazing and full of the freshest, most flavorful fruits and vegetables. Highly recommended!

Great easy communication with the hosts. Incredibly professional hosts who understand customer service. We were welcomed by a sweet note, a lovely bottle of wine and water in the fridge. I have asked for AC on upon arrival since the temperatures in Athens were in the 90s and they made sure it was cool inside. Extremely clean. We had the ground floor with patio which I found better that the one bedroom with terrace upstairs. Highly recommended for both price and excellent hosting experience.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and pleasure. The Elliot makes sure you feel welcome. When we stayed the apartment felt brand new. The area is pretty quiet for Athens but is within walking distance to all of the main tourist attractions. If you don’t want to walk you can catch a bus within a block. Don’t be shocked when you go to Athens there is graffiti everywhere. But I have no complaints about the Elliot. it is a gem.

The Elliot staff is not present on the property yet, but they are just one email or text away. They are incredibly fast to respond, and professional. We felt welcome and safe at this beautiful place. It is clean, has AC, and grocery stores are just 2 minutes walking distance. Traveling in Europe as an American I learned not to take customer service for granted. Even one more reason to appreciate Elliot’s team focus on making their clients feel appreciated. They sent links to the most professional shuttle from the airport, food shopping, and culture in the area. They suggested an app (freenow) to call cabs in Athens, which are reasonably priced and safe. They graciously allowed us a later check-out. I highly recommend Elliot as a beautiful and reasonably priced stay in Athens.

The apartment was perfect for our 10-day stay in Athens. The patio was nice to have as it is private from the outside areas. Some of it could be viewed from the above apartment decks, but we had no issues. Since my wife is a vegetarian, we loaded up on food from the Saturday food market two streets down. Fresh vegetables and food everywhere. With the full refrigerator/freezer, stove, kitchen sink and all utensils, pots and dishes, we were able to make all the meals we wanted. All public transport is available within a 15-minute walk. Pastery shops and markets are easy to reach. So many bookstores. "Elliot" was wonderful. He communicated quickly when we had questions and was a pleasure to text with. The maid was very nice and trustworthy. My wife left money under her pillow when we went out, forgetting we do have maid service. When we got back and saw the bed made, all the money was still under the pillow. The building is secure. We had no problems with safety getting to places night or day; however, we were in Greece during a day strike and protests. Several blocks over, several cars were burned. I don't think that is normal in this area, but Greeks tend to be a passionate people with strong feelings about fairness within their government. Having foreigners as tourists is no issue as long as you are polite. When I go back to Greece, and I definitely will, I will attempt to stay at Elliot's again.

Wonderful stay, great price, amazing location!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Elliot. It was so close to so many restaurants and coffee shops and the most delicious Gelato shop and bakery right across the street. Ubers were so easy to catch anywhere from this location. We had the basement suite for four of us. We found the pull out couch to be very roomy and comfortable. The bedroom was equally as comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washing machine and drying rack were a wonderful surprise. We loved having our own little patio out back and appreciated all the privacy we felt we had. The wifi was excellent and it was nice the television had netflix so we could relax with a movie in the evening. We would definitely return to this location again!

Hat alles gut geklappt. Allerdings hat die Putzfrau mehrfach am selben Tag unangekündigt geklingelt, dann einfach die Wohnung betreten. das war etwas unangenehm und ich habe mich weniger sicher gefühlt (das war ein Apartment)

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Es wird an alles gedacht. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings ist sie sehr hellhörig im Haus und durch die Straße. was das schlafen schwierig macht, wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist. . Aber das die Gastgeber Elliot sind bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde ich zu jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Dankeschön für Alles!
