The Viaduct and neighbouring Wynyard Quarter offer an amazing array of bars and restaurants, from the colourful and noisy to the relaxed and refined. There’s a table to enjoy the waterside ambiance that will suit everybody’s taste. Plus, you’re only a short stroll to Britomart’s fashion stores, Queen Street shopping and the ferry terminal. With so much to do, you’re going to need the quiet relaxation of your private Viaduct sanctuary.
Britomart train station – 1 km; buses pickup within 200 meters; Various shared scooter services are near; City Hop shared car services are nearby - This is an adults only property. No children allowed. - No parties allowed. - No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis. - Please remove your shoes at the door (particularly in winter). - Check in is from 3pm. - If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking. - If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged. - Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
