If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Saif and Ghandy went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was perfect. They helped me book tours, dinners, transportation, and were always available whenever I needed anything.
The hotel is incredibly clean, peaceful, and has one of the most amazing views of the Pyramids. Their hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Saif and Ghandy, for making my experience so special!
