"Great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds, selection of pillows and good noise insulation. We tried the Egyptian restaurant, the Italian and the garden bar, that’s open 24/7. The food was good in all of them. Ismail, the concierge, helped us organize our tours to the pyramids and a day tour to Alexandria, with a private driver. This took away the hassle of being at the mercy of Uber. It might have been a bit more expensive, but sometimes it takes a while for Uber to find a car and then you also end up waiting for several minutes until they come, and good luck getting them to go to Downtown. All in all the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the area around it is not as good; the aquatic park next door was dismantled and the site looks like a war zone. It is not an area to walk."

"The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us! The hotel is in downtown Cairo away from the big international tourist hotels, so you can get the real Egyptian experience! The hotel is a little tricky to find the first time and we would recommend getting the hotel to book you a car to make your arrival easy and stress free. We highly recommend this hotel and their amazing staff! Thanks Alex and the Team A++++"

"The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis don’t like picking up jobs in the area (but honestly this happened a lot this summer in Cairo compared to other summers, unsure why!), and there was a plumbing issue where the faucet leaked lots (and was fixed promptly), like I said, it is an older property it seems. It is a pretty good size property and its secure as there are people at the gates checking who comes in and out. The garden cafes cute, and the lobby is home-y. I think the best part was the people who worked here, and I am appreciative of their work!! "
