OCEANFRONT Avon - Ocean Isle Estates - BRAMASOLE is a Tuscan term which means to yearn for the sun. Relax in this thoughtfully designed 6,700 sq. ft. home, with five separate living areas and furnished decks on every level, offering plenty of room for your group to gather and enjoy the magnificent beauty of the beach. Conveniently, all bedrooms are masters, including one handicap friendly king master on the ground level with roll-in shower. In addition, the ground floor offers dry entry through the carport, a second king bedroom, a third bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds and a large recreation room with custom pool table, elliptical exercise machine, Smart TV, surround sound home theater, stereo with Bluetooth speakers to pool, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and ice machine, and convenient cabana bath with outside entrance for those wet little feet. Step outside to enjoy the large granite pool with separate kiddie pool, oversized 8-person hot tub, outdoor shower, foot wash and outside gas and charcoal grills under pergola. Also enjoy the expansive pool area along with poolside tiki bar for outdoor entertaining. Step up onto the second level for four more bedrooms, a comfortable library with books, TV and internet access. The movie buffs can escape into the media room with blackout shades, 80" TV, Roku streaming, stereo/CD, and surround sound. If you're still yearning for more, the best is yet to come with the third level's spectacular great room with both ocean and sound views, vaulted ceilings, large dining room, breakfast area, half bath, king master suite, gourmet stocked kitchen with double appliances and everything the gourmet chef might desire. Enjoy the 40" Smart TV with surround sound, TV, and stereo with Bluetooth speakers to tower room and decking. Venture up to the top-level tower and enjoy the breathtaking views in a large sitting area with yet another wet bar. After a vacation at BRAMASOLE, you are left yearning for nothing but to return next season. (Fireplace in pictures in great room is not for guest use).
