The Pooh Bear knows his home. Trespassers W is one cool oceanfront den. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful spot with beach access this bungalow is calling your name. Ideal for small families, beach lovers, adventure seekers, and couples. This unique cottage offers gorgeous ocean views and plenty of open space to stargaze. Ground Level: The ground level includes an outside shower with hot & cold water. An oversized deck that extends to the boardwalk and makes any trip to the beach a breeze. For beach lovers, Avon is the perfect spot for shelling, walking your furry friend, swimming, and an evening bonfire. Take advantage of the charcoal grill, sun deck, and screened-in porch, great for family gatherings. Take advantage of the fish cleaning table, the ideal solution for cleaning your fish after a long day on the water. A concrete parking area that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles round out the first level. Trespassers W is within walking/biking distance to many of the local favorite hot spots and attractions. Avon offers a safe bike path along Highway 12\. Vacationers with 4x4 vehicles can drive on the beach at open ramps with a permit purchased from the Park Service. Another perk, Avon is golf-cart friendly. Mid Level: The first level has three comfortable bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Queen bed, TV, and private access to the screened-in porch. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen Bed, rocking chair, and private access to the open deck. The 3rd bedroom features 2 Twin beds, perfect for the kids. Top Level: Upstairs, Trespassers W shines. The great room has a spacious wood-trimmed shed-style roof. The well-equipped kitchen has a nice breakfast bar and oceanfront dining table. The laundry area is conveniently tucked in the full bathroom located adjacent to the kitchen. The southeast sunken living room features a gas log fireplace, a sleep sofa, and a Vizio smart TV. This area offers amazing ocean views. Step outside to the furnished oceanfront sun deck and catch some of Avon's best rays. Relax in cozy comfort at Trespassers, your vacation honey hole. Extras: Outside shower, fish cleaning table, covered decks, sun deck, screened-in porch, deck furniture, gas log fireplace, beach access with boardwalk, books and games, DVD player, and large concrete parking area for 3 vehicles. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Distance to the Beach Access: Oceanfront. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Double Sofa Bed. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-in Location: At the Property Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub. IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation.
