"Absolutely loved our stay here and cannot more highly recommend. No reception with a check-in only on your phone and no room keys was delightful and easy. Super easy check-out too just on your phone. Beautiful little French breakfast offered and a stunning terrace with views of the city and theatre. Perfect central location with paid parking just across the street. The room was enormous, clean, and comfortable. Will absolutely be back - love this gem of a hotel!"

Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. "Despite some mixed weather, we had a lovely week by the river. Lots of wildlife, even caught a glimpse of a red squirrel. The house is well equipped, with a cosy log burner for chilly evenings. Lots to see within an easy drive. There are plenty of guidebooks and maps available in the property for use of guests. This was our second visit and it is perfect for a relaxing stay."
