"A lovely hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The food in the bar was excellent with good service. Easy walking distance to a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely relaxing spa facilities after a day out walking. Good central location for walkers. Accomodation was comfortable and clean. Would give it a higher rating than 3 star. Would definitely recommend to family and friends."

"We booked the Royal Victoria for it's closeness to the Snowdon Railway, I don't think it was even 300 yds, excellent. Breakfast was buffet style and I have no complaints about the food, it was brilliant. Unfortunately, our train was only allowed up half way because of storm "Amy", however while on our way home we decided to look around the slate lake and people were queuing for the Summit trip, so, my wife went and booked another trip to the summit, we couldn't see anything when we got to the top because of the mist and so windy, but, we did it :-) We will book the hotel and summit trip next year when the weather isn't going to be an issue!!!"

"Great staff at this facility we will defo be back. The food was great in the evening and we really enjoyed the spa facilities Minor point please fix the bathroom door stay in room 121 it's sharp n rusty but didn't affect our stay"

"The Swallow Falls Inn looked like a new establishment, my room was very clean, the staff were professional, polite and very helpful, the breakfast was very fast in coming and tasty. If I can give some critique, you need bigger room number signs as I went the wrong way twice and ended up asking a member of staff who pointed out where the room signs were and admitted that they need to be bigger."

"This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, the room was expansive and beautiful, the shower was like being under a warm waterfall, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was divine even if my eyes were bigger than my belly. I would highly recommend staying here and I might do so again in future. "
