Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale”

“it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. Being next to a shopping mall and bar/restaurant the location is very good. However, when I walked in it smelt damp, looked damp and felt damp. Damp patches are evident on the walls where the wallpaper is discoloured/peeling and the paintwork is bubbling. This I’m sure has a lot to do with low occupancy levels during the recent pandemic. “Smell of garbage, found a lot of garbage behind table, hot shower sound like jumbo jet will landing, no wall outlet in table, charge laptop on the floor, has water heater pot dirty, and no wall outlet, terrible, other is ok”
