"Restaurant menu is very limited. If you stay for 2 nights even, you will be bored eating same dishes. Complementary water is at the checkin only not to be provided each day of your visit as per their new policy. Take your own water if you want to save the hefty amount they charge for water. Staff is manipulative, if you complain about a certain issue they will keep on saying they are fixing it in a very apologetic tone but in real they will be wasting your time until you forget and stop...

As a Karachi native, I usually stay with relatives, but this time I chose a hotel to give my children a more engaging experience—and it was the best decision. They had a completely different, enjoyable stay full of comfort and entertainment. From the moment we arrived, the hotel management and staff delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident throughout. The facilities were excellent, and the five-star breakfast and dinner services were truly impressive—elegant, delicious, and well-curated. The stress-free airport transfers added to the comfort, making our arrival and departure seamless. What truly stood out was the hotel’s diverse workforce, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Pakistan. It was inspiring to see people from different backgrounds working together with such harmony and dedication.
