Communication was terrible at times from property owners , all emails in Spanish asking for a deposit after booking , all of this should be done is Expedia not by external emails. Trying to get the keys was a pain as there was no contact from the. Vendor despite multiple emails and phone calls, info wasn’t given until the day before the stay. Other than that, you get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful, ideal……

Il faut juste apporter une éponge pour la vaisselle et de la lessive ! La piscine est plutôt propre, juste en fin de journée il y’a de l’herbe à l’intérieur ce qui peut pour certains contraindre le confort Le service de nourriture à emporter de la réception est pas mal et très pratique bon rapport qualité prix. ”

“I informed Benidorm booking that I would be arriving late and they assured me their office was open to midnight which was contrary to the opening times published. I arrived at the office at 10.30pm to find it closed. I rang the emergency number and nobody answered. We were left with no way of accessing the apartment and had to find a hotel to spend the night in until the office opened the next day. There was no apology staff member was rude and dismissive. “The apartment had everything we needed. A Supermarket was very close. The car could not park in the street near the apartment but on a piece of ground close by; I could see the car from the sitting room window. We found it easy to get around, the road network was very good and stunning scenery. We stayed here whilst visiting friends who live close by so it was very handy. There is a folder with brochures advertising various places to visit, it would also be very useful to have some……
