Great hotel. Clean, safe. I would stay in this hotel again but my partner who will eat anything said definitely not, based on breakfast. Fried food is very poor quality & cold

A lovely hotel in an excellent location right on the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food at buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Rooftop pool and bar were closed due to bad weather so didn’t get to see them.

We stayed here for 5 nights, Bed & Breakfast in a Sea View room for my birthday. We were given Room 508 which was on the corner with amazing views and a balcony that wrapped around the corner of the hotel! The hotel left a bottle of bubbly and cake in the room on arrival and again on my birthday with a lovely message from Paula the guest experience manager. The breakfast was delicious with everything you could possibly wish for including omelettes cooked to order (my favourite!) The reception staff were really welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is just perfect with the Old Town right behind, the Strip within walking distance and right on the Levante Beach promenade with stunning sea views. This was our first time in Benidorm and the hotel made our stay totally memorable for all the right reasons! Thank you so much Barcelo for an amazing stay and when we return to Benidorm, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

When we went between the dates of 2-5th feb, there was three of us. We had the best time. Lovely staff who ever we met. We would like to mention carlos who works on the rooftop bar who is a lovely man, very polite and makes the besg Sangia in Benidorm. Rest assured we will be back, shame we didnt get a sea facing apartment then we would of been amazed. The roof top facilities are excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.
