"It is a nice, clean hotel, the staffs are great. However I had a terrible experience starting from Check in… I booked for a family room because I am traveling with kids, when I check in on the counter they told me the family room is on the second floor, and they will be very loud music in the midnight from the pub on first floor. I ask for other available rooms because I’m traveling with kids, and they asked me to pay double the price for a higher floor. After checking in, we tried to take a nap because we just had a long flight, but there is construction going on with very loud noise. We called the front desk, but there’s nothing they can do. In conclusion, if you are troubling with kids, this idea will not be ideal. But if you’re traveling along, and come back late at night, this can be a decent hotel for you."

"We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with good water pressure. Although there are bars nearby, the room was quiet. The swimming pool is quite small, but the gym has plenty of machines. The location is very convenient, with 7-11, restaurants, massage shops, and bars just steps away. It's only a few minutes' walk to BTS Nana station. The staff were friendly and nice! Official check-in is at 3pm, but we arrived at 12:30pm and were told we could get the room at 1pm. The room was tidied up quickly and neatly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would choose this hotel again when visiting Bangkok."
