There are two locations and I showed up to the wrong location from my booking but they were extremely helpful by changing my reservation and providing a shuttle to the airport early in the morning. "It was a lovely hotel with great amenities although it’s worth knowing that it’s dry. There is a 7-11 in the foyer of the office block where you can buy wine/beer and if you are having an event they will serve alcohol (walk to it from the hotel lobby by going to the non-hotel lifts near the pond: took me all week to work that out). The onsen is great (there’s a female and male one) but instructions would have been appreciated! You can walk to the One Bangkok mall where there are lots of restaurants through the metro station Lumphini which is only about 200m along the main road. Rooms are very comfortable, great pool, gym and games rooms which are included (Onsen is extra). Breakfast is superb and the 50th floor restaurant is very reasonable."
