Excellent location, service from all staff is unbeatable, as they make you feel very welcome. We stayed in a room with a small pool and balcony, which was very clean and refreshing. The hotel is just a 2 minute walk to Patong beach and the area near the hotel had a lot of amazing restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this hotel if planning a trip to Patong!

Silk restaurant served very good breakfast and we also have great lunches and dinners there. The natural beautiful scenery from the Villa is really soothing and mind relaxing. Only things are the Villa decorations are a bit tired and old and in house maids and cook need to be trained to be more proactive in serving customers

We enjoyed our five night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for transportation.The staff were friendly,and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation. Mr Ricardo.

This is the only Resort and Spa I stay at, I've been stayinh here for 7yeats. 3-4 times a year. The staff are amazing and the property is exceptional 👌 Highly recommend it to all Also very kid friendly 👌 👏 👍

The staff was amazing and knew the guests by name. Korn went above and beyond to assist in getting a box for us to package a purchased item for our trip home. The daily fresh fruit delivered to the room and fresh squeezed juice at breakfast were both nice. The kayaks were great for a quick ocean adventure. The tour desk assisted in arranging tours, massages, and a private driver. We also enjoyed just staying at the resort and relaxing.
