The staff are friendly and helpful, and the price quality ratio is great, so if you are on a budget this place can work well. It is very noisy at night so I recommend using earplugs. On the sixth floor the room had no windows and smelled strongly of dampness. The hotel is located in an area with active nightlife, so keep that in mind when booking.

I love it here at Maxim it’s a nice and clean little hotel to stay at if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in the middle of Sukhumvit area close to all the food and entertainment

Great location for nightlife. Depending on the room, the music from the pubs around can be loud. Breakfast is not a buffet but a choice from the menu, so the variety is limited and you get bored.

This hotel is located in a rather noisy area, so I would not recommend it to those looking for tranquility. However, it is very convenient, being only a one-minute walk from Nana Station. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is also shampoo and body soap provided, and the water pressure in the shower is sufficient. This is a great hotel for those who value price, convenience, and cleanliness.

Perfect location on soi 7\. Overnight stay before catching next flight. Easy to get to from savarnabuhmi on the BTS. Super clean rooms, staff are fabulous and a quiet little bar for a drink or two before hitting Nana Plaza. 5 stars!

Great place for solo travelers, ac works fine, hot water. It is located down an alley with bars and ladies offering massages. This place has a bar outside front the lobby area where they have drinks cheaper than the bars around and a more quiet atmosphere. Stayed there on a sunday night and it was very loud due a lot of action happening a few meters away throughout the alleyway. You will see some of the hottest girls in this area if you are into that kind of stuff Great stay all in all, great price. Will prolly come back again some day.

The property is value for money. It met my needs at the time. The walk in to the hotel can be a hassle with the bar girls calling out every step of the way. The room was small but suited me for an overnight transit. Excellent for a modest budget.

This place was decent depending on what you like. The idea of being harassed everytime I walked out the hotel by prostitutes , ladyboys , and workers begging me to come in there establishment is not what I like in a place to stay. I stayed here one night and only booked it because my official hotel did not allow late check in. So I booked this place because we arrived in Thailand at 1130 at night . If you don't mind riff raft of the streets you'll be fine . But it wasn't my style at all . I went to the grande centre point 55 next day and it was exceptional.

#### Cheap but fun hotel with its own dive bar

Maxim’s Inn is a budget hotel in one of the racy parts of Bangkok. It’s not glamorous, but the water is hot and the sheets are clean. Maxim’s is at the end of a small street that’s busy with massage parlors and such. The small hotel boasts “a quiet beer bar” which is relatively true. They have the cheapest drinks for blocks around. Like most hotels, they have a resident cat - her name is Moni, and she wears a different cat outfit every day.
