“After checking in, we were given an old room. The bedside lamp was broken and even had cobwebs on it. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a damaged water tank, a dirty sink, and a bathtub covered with black spots.
After we complained, the hotel finally moved us to a newer room, but only after charging an additional ₱1,400 per night on top of what I had already paid.
My recommendation: if you are booking here, make sure you know exactly which room type you are getting. I would not want……

“Guys please stay here. You will not regret it. The owner (Rito) met us within 5 minutes on the grounds and had a beer with us. He is Swiss and his wife is Filipina. They live on the property as well which is a bonus (any questions he is right there). He will give you direct answers to any questions and will work with you on any issue.
