“We loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners.
Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony. The air conditioning was great for night time. The breakfast and evening meals were carefully prepared and delicious with fantastic local vino verde.

“Un endroit exceptionnel ! J'ai adoré mon séjour et je réserverai de nouveau. C'est l'emplacement idéal : tout près de l'océan et à distance raisonnable du centre historique de Porto. C'est même agréable d'y aller à pied si vous aimez les longues promenades au bord du Douro pour croiser les Portuans qui vivent et profitent de leur ville (et pas seulement des touristes !). Le matin sous la brume, le spectacle est tout simplement magnifique.”

“The location of the accommodation is a bit of a walk from central Porto and is located in a dead end street where you think it would be quite, we stayed over a weekend and the Saturday night the noise was terrible and went on until around 4:00am. It is a narrow road with multiple story homes either side and the noise echoes, we were located on the 1st Floor. The accommodation itself is more like a Bed and Breakfast with no facilities. The room is a reasonable size but could have been cleaner.……
