“The best thing about hotel Oporto is the location for the price. I got a fabulous view of the Sao Joao festival fireworks. The room was bare bones but clean. The whole hotel seemed more empty and weird like The Shining. I think it must fill for conferences. The staff and breakfast were fine.”
