Recent villa with air conditioning and private pool on the heights of Barjac

Our villa, built in 2017, can accommodate 6 people. Facing south, it has a private outdoor swimming pool of 8 X 4 m, secured by a shutter. An attendant comes to maintain the pool once a week. The travertine terrace is partly covered (south and west); you will find various seats and deckchairs as well as garden tables and chairs. Nearby, there is a solar shower, a petanque court and a small pizza/grill oven. A few overhanging trees and shrubs provide shade or a playground for children.
The villa, on one level, offers all the comforts: air conditioning in the living room AND in the 3 bedrooms, VMC, large bay windows, electric shutters in each window (except bathroom), travertine tiles in all rooms.
It consists of
- a large living room with dining room, living room, TV, Wifi, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, combined microwave oven, hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster) and an American fridge (with ice cube/fresh water dispenser and a freezer section)
- 3 bedrooms, equipped with a closet and/or wardrobe, including a master suite (bed 160X200), a bedroom with a bed for 2 people (140X200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90X200)
- 2 bathrooms equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, a towel rail and a radiator
- 2 toilets: 1 shared toilet and 1 toilet in the bathroom adjoining the master suite
- 1 pantry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and portable clothes rack.
Outside, you will also find a drying rack.

The villa, which is located on the edge of the road to Aven Orgnac, has a private parking lot in front of the entrance (2 spaces) and a larger shaded parking lot to the north (3 to 4 cars).
The property is fully fenced, except for the parking lots.

Bed linen, Wifi, final cleaning and tourist taxes are INCLUDED in the total price of the rental.
The house is NON-smoking. (Smoking area outside near the barbecue)
Pets are NOT allowed.
Electric car charging is NOT allowed.

Rentals are from Saturday (5pm) to Saturday (10am) in July and August.
Outside this period, the arrival days are free but with a minimum of 5 nights.
