“It was so the worst experience I had with booking apartments. The place WAS NOT prepared for guests. - It was musty and had to be aired immediately. - The refrigerator was no-functional. Furthermore, it spread a horrible stench across the kitchen. I notified the renting company (BookingHost) immediately, and I kept calling them and writing them total of dozen times. Despite this, they FAILED to do anything to fix the problem during 8 days of my stay. At the end they promised a refund. After……

“Disappointing. The freezer was totally iced up and couldn't use it even we asked it to be sorted out. No microwave or toaster. Expensive accommodation.”

“Great apartment, clean spacious and good facilities. Only issue was having to wait for the check in message which arrived while in transit, but once that sorted, smooth sailing. Provided some coffee for first couple of days.”
