The Apartment

In this magnificent duplex, located on the 2nd floor of a building designated as a historic monument, La Glacière, every detail has been carefully considered to create a pleasant atmosphere. The interior, decorated with taste and simplicity, is a true gem. You’ll feel right at home in this space, soothed by the elegance and comfort it exudes. With room for up to 4 guests thanks to its two air-conditioned bedrooms, it’s perfect for couples, friends, or business travelers.



On the first level, let yourself be dazzled by the natural light that floods the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator) where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy in the dining room or outdoors.

The first bedroom, with a private bathroom, offers a true moment of peace and quiet as it faces a quiet street.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room invite you to enjoy the natural light, while the rays of the setting sun promise magical moments on the beautiful furnished terrace with its spa.

Located upstairs, the master suite is sure to charm you. Imagine working at your desk while admiring the sea and the cruise ships docking at the nearby port (from November to May), or enjoying a relaxing bath with a spectacular view of La Soufrière from your bathroom.



Location and surroundings:

Beyond its comfort, it’s the central location in the city that makes this duplex truly exceptional, because not only is it the starting point for all the attractions of southern Basse-Terre, but it also gives you a front-row seat—from the terrace or the master suite—to the town’s various annual events, such as the parades of the “Po” groups right in front of the building during Carnival.

You’ll be in for a treat during Mardi Gras, and you can take part in the Vaval “buché du rois” on Ash Wednesday in the parking lot across the street.

You’ll be delighted to watch the trimarans of the Route du Rhum sail by without having to go anywhere, and you’ll sing along to the carols during the parade of Santa Claus floats that stop in front of La Glacière.

Guest Access

The entire property is at your disposal, along with the spa and the private parking space located at the bottom of the building.

- For arrivals at the scheduled times, someone will be there to welcome you

- For late arrivals, you’ll check in on your own using the key box.

You will be staying in an apartment designed to provide you with all the necessary comfort and security; and we expect you to treat the property with the utmost respect.

A security deposit of 400.00 euros will be requested 1 day before your arrival via the Swikly app (only your card’s imprint will be held for the duration of your stay; there will be no charge or hold placed on it)
