You may need to call the number on the front sign to let them know you are there if its a last minute booking. The rooms and private bathroom were clean and had fridge and microwave. In addition, the property also had a shared kitchen. Air conditioning worked well. The host was responsive and came to help with check-in. I was the only guest at the time so everything went well.
