Absolutely amazing property and host. The location was great. Your own beach area right out your front door. Man-O-War Cay is very short boat or kayak ride away. The lazy river is just a short boat ride away. Close proximity to drive down to little Exuma and explore all the beaches it has to offer. We can't wait to make a return trip.

Charlie’s place was wonderful! Clean, relaxing, comfortable, great friendly host, best view we found on the island was just out the back door of the rental! We were able to kayak to more beaches right from the property. Can’t wait to return!

Charlie is the best! House was clean and well-appointed. Beautiful view of the bay…spotted dolphins and turtles! Lots to explore nearby and Charlie attends to your needs! Even filled our tire with air before we left for the airport. Perfect spot for bonefishing with Charlie’s bother - Drex Rolle, who puts his boat in right there!

Super clean. Even prettier than the pictures. You can kayak across the bay and watch amazing sunrises over the flats. We rented a boat from Charlie and visited the Moriah Harbour Cay National Park and the lazy river. We even kayaked down a few houses and snorkelled back and saw lion fish, barracuda, starfish, and lots of other tropical fish. Charlie was a fabulous host. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Just spent a fabulous week at Charlie's place. Such a beautiful piece of property to kick back and relax at. Loved the small beach to relax on and throw the football with my Son. Charlie is a wonderful host that will help you with whatever you need. Arranging the ride from and to the airport to having rental cars available at the property is extremely convenient. Can't wait to return to the paradise.

Bayview Villas is absolutely fantastic and definitely the best spot on the island! We travelled all around Exuma in one of Charlie’s hire cars and couldn’t find anywhere that compared. The location is perfect - quiet, relaxing, with beautiful views. The water is so blue, and we loved having the kayaks to explore the sandbar and islands opposite. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything our family of four needed and more. Charlie is the best host we've ever had. He is friendly and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had such an amazing time and would love to come back again in the future. If you're planning a trip to Exuma, we can't recommend staying here highly enough.Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay. We loved every minute!

Our family absolutely loved our time at this property. The host was wonderful and the villa was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. The proximity to the water and amazing views were unmatched. Kayaking over to Man of War Cay everyday and exploring the sandbars and empty beaches was one of our favorite activities. Coffee every morning on the dock while watching the turtles, tropical fish, and visits from a lemon shark daily was incredible. Being able to slow down and reconnect with our family in such a beautiful, safe, and peaceful place was priceless. We are a family of five with three boys and they were never bored. They would paddle board or fish everyday. It was so nice to be able to rent a car from the host for the week. We only made a couple of trips out to the grocery store and then spent a day exploring the beaches of Little Exuma (gorgeous), but could have spent the entire week right here. I’m still thinking about Exuma and already planning our return trip back next summer here!

Extremely Clean, everything clean! Family friendly, extremely safe, quiet, peaceful, most beautiful landscape that is so calming! There is no noise pollution there or light pollution. You can hear and feel the wind, smell fresh air, hear the palm trees sway in the wind and the water clashing up on the rocks. Just an amazing place.

The location is one of the best kept secrets on the island! Beautiful, peaceful and perfect for hanging at the beach, kayaking or grilling. Charlie is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. The place was immaculate, well-equipped and charming. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare several meals and the grill was spotless. Plenty of outside seating, and comfortable inside too. We spent more time than intended at villa because there was a cold front that kept us out of the water, but I couldn’t complain with a comfortable house and a beautiful view. Charlie also has cars for rent and if the weather had cooperated, we would have rented his boat too! He was such a great host, we look forward to staying with him again on this beautiful island.

Highlight of the trip!

First time in Exuma and Charlie was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The waterfront is so beautiful and the Boston whaler/car gave us easy access to explore. The house is cozy and immaculately clean, all of the appliances, rooms and furniture were spotless. We will definitely be returning and staying longer next time. Highly recommend.

We had another wonderful stay at Charlie’s villa. The two bedroom villa was spotless, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat with, the living room was comfortable and the outdoor patio was great for hanging out and watching the breathtaking views of the turquoise water and white sand. This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Charlie is wonderful — always quietly there when needed, and attentive without ever being intrusive. We rented a car from him for the time of our stay and Charlie also arranged an airport pick up for us on our arrival. We had wonderful time kayaking, relaxing and exploring the island. I also have to mention, we booked massages with Charlie’s sister-in-law Nitza, who is truly amazing. Everything felt effortless from start to finish. One of those rare places you instantly want to return to and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and memorable seaside escape.Thank you Charlie!!!

Perfect Villa Experience

The customer service and attention to detail is excellent. You can tell they take pride in their property and homes. The villa was cleaned like you would want your own house cleaned. It was spacious inside and out, plus so many amenities including but not limited to ability to do car and boat rental from Charlie on site. Charlie is an amazing host. We would definitely stay at Bayview Villas again!

Perfect Island Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this rental in Rolle Town, Exuma. The property was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host Charlie was incredibly helpful and responsive—offering great recommendations and sharing local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. One extra bonus was that the host also has rental cars available, which made getting around the island super easy and convenient. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s quiet, peaceful, and just steps away from a stunning private beach and dock. Whether you’re relaxing by the water or exploring the island, this is the perfect base. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

My husband and I just came back from a week in Exuma, and this place was by far the cleanest most comfortable place we have ever stayed at in the Bahamas. Everything you could possibly need or want was provided by the Charlie the host including a rental car and boat. The house was fully furnished including a wonderful kitchen with all of the utensils and whatever else you needed to cook a meal with. We fell in love with the house and location, it's absolutely beautiful and Charlie and his sweet dog Chloe were the icing on the cake. We will be back next year and hopefully for years to come.

We stayed in August. Villa was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, beach towels, kayaks and beach toys. Owner was always there if needed. We asked for a cooler and a couple of hours later it was waiting for us by the front door. View and location are unmatched. Plenty of outdoor seating, beautiful private beach and a gazebo with the most stunning view. Charlie, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property. We can not wait to be back next year!
