  • Quiet, private location by the ocean, Kayak across the bay and explore white sandy beaches and coves on Man-o-war Cay and Moriah Harbour Cay National Park, Fish the flats in front of the property one of the best area for bone fishing, Relax around our Gazebo and Sundeck right at the water's edge or go for a swim in the clear turquoise water just in front of the Gazebo.
    Bay View vacation Rentals location is perfect, It's "Away From It All" only a car ride from George Town
    (7 miles) the capital of Exuma.
    This two conjoined units is perfect for small family or couples who just want to get "Away From It All" You can rent one unit or both units depending on the size of your group.
    Each unit contains two bedrooms, one room with a queen bed and one room with a queen and a double beds, one bathroom with a bath and shower, The full size kitchen has modern amenities including fridge/freeze, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and much more, The lounge/dinning area has a dinning table that seat four and a breakfast counter that seats two, A large sofa and a love seat and with WiFi internet TV.
    All rooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned, At the back of the unit there is a BBQ grill and a small wash room with a washer and dryer, At the front of the unit there is a large patio with lounge chairs and a gazebo at the water's edge for you to relax and appreciate the view,
    The owner is a professional Bonefish guide, so if you want expert help and a guide for the day, Ask for
    Charlie. Kayaks are available Free of charge for your enjoyment, 6 Cars (Toyota Corolla Axio), and a 15ft Boston Whaler with a 85hp motor are here at the property for RENT

Charlie's place is just paradise. The location cannot be beat. The unit and grounds were impeccably clean and well stocked. Charlie makes life so easy by arranging airport transportation, having rental cars on site as well as a boat to rent. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are also available free of charge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place. We will definitely be back.

This property was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was right on the water in a great location. The owners are so nice and were there if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again!

Wow! What a great place! From the check in, to the spotless accommodation, the well stocked kitchen, the fresh baked Jonny Cake, the rental car and the access to the kayaks, everything was superb! But the setting is way more amazing than the pictures! Just stunning! Charlie takes such amazing care of the property and it was so fun to be there! We saw lots of turtles and sharks and rays right off the dock! So much fun! Highly recommend staying here!

The property was immaculate. Charlie and his wife were above and beyond hospitable. The house is well equipped, and the grounds are beautiful. Having a private beach as well as the kayaks to explore the area was fantastic for the family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and will certainly use it again myself.

Wonderful accommodations, beautiful location

Bayview Villas was a wonderful experience for our family. Kayaks, beach, and terrace were all a blast to use. Car and boat rental onsite was very convenient. Host was a true pleasure to meet, and very accommodating!

Spectacular place and wonderful host. There’s also the cutest puppy who lives on the property, she’s the kindest, quietest, and most gentle dog ever. The waters are pristine, right at the edge of the yard, and the sandbars are so close you can almost touch them. Nights are quiet and surreal, the sound of the water gently cuddles you as you fall asleep. We also witnessed one of the most incredible full moons imaginable. An unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back.

This villa exceeded every expectation! The view is absolutely spectacular, and the location near Moriah Harbour Cay National Park was perfect for exploring the island. The crystal-clear water right off the back porch felt like having our own private paradise.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the washer and dryer were incredibly convenient, and all of the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home.One of the best parts of our stay was the convenience offered by the owner. We were able to rent a boat directly from the owner, and vehicles were available for rent from the owner as well. Having access to kayaks and a paddle board was also a huge bonus and allowed us to enjoy the water every day.Booking was simple, communication was excellent from start to finish, and every detail was handled professionally. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Staying at Bayview Villas is like going home. Charlie is such a great host. The villas are always so clean and the view is unbelievable. There are kayaks to enjoy the area. This was our 7th time staying at Bay View and we enjoyed it as much as the other times. The house is clean, well equipped, and the views can’t be beat! Having the kayaks to use was great as we were able to kayak to the sandbar during low tide. Wifi speed is decent.Charlie is a great host and was very helpful with things we needed. He was able to hook us up with some delicious and fresh seafood. Thank you Charlie! We look forward to our next stay at Bay View.

We loved the convenience of on-site car and boat rentals, and spending our days with access to kayaks, a gorgeous waterfront patio, and our own beach was pure bliss. 2nd Honeymoon

Amazing!!The owner was so accommodating and friendly. We didn’t need for anything.The property was exactly what we were hoping for! It’s been 26 years since our first honeymoon (a cruise to Nassau), and this by far exceeded that trip. If you are searching for private seclusion to simply relax and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean, this is the place to be. However, with boat and car rental, you have access to more of the action on the island. I can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Charlie is the most helpful and kind host. Everything was super clean!! This is very important to me and it was better than expected. The patio is perfect and the kayaking was a blast and so easy. We rented a car and a boat right from Charlie and it made it so easy. We will definitely be bringing the rest of our family back. Thank you for EVERYTHING Charlie. Also, our driver to and from the airport Douglas was extremely helpful as well.

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The seclusion and quiet are just what we needed. I have never seen a more beautiful view of turquoise water. It was stunning. Charlie was a great host. The home was very clean. We rented both a car and a boat from Charlie which was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay again! A few tips: when you arrive, there is no water. You must either rent a car or call a taxi to go to the store to get some. Bring cash, a lot of it. Cars, boats, many restaurants only take cash. Bring bug spray. The no-see-ums are mighty.

Best Property in Exuma

My husband and I have been traveling to Great Exuma for 20 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The property is in a perfect and gorgeous location. Charlie Rolle takes excellent care of the villas and the entire property. We could not have asked for a better view and accommodations. The Villa is spic and span-very clean. All of the kitchen and bath necessities were provided. Charlie is a friendly, kind, and responsive host. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. We will be coming back, as we have found our new home in Exuma - thank you and blessings to you Charlie!
