Unfortunately, we were surprised that the buildings and grounds are quite tired and weathered looking and although the rooms were clean and comfortable the carpet was dirty. “Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. ”

“Great view and cant beat the location. Nice stay for the weekend. ”

“Nye Haven was great. Clean situated in a great area. Plenty of room, hot water, fresh towels. The place needs a bit of love though. Kind of run down. Pillows and bedding very worn. Needs a good spring clean and a trip to Walmart for fresh bedding and brighter look. Calls for help with the lock and a few other questions were handled promptly and professionally.”

“Big storm the first night there and the power went out. Luckily we brought some flashlights and charged phones. Most rental homes do not have flashlights or lanterns. This house was no exception. Power was restored before morning. Beds were comfortable , views amazing, kitckwn qell stocked. ”

“Great location and cute place. My only complaint is the dishes were super dirty and there’s barely enough cooking items to cook a meal. There’s not even a pot large enough to boil spaghetti noodles. But over all it’s a great spot. ”

“Our stay at Colleen's beautiful bayview home was just wonderful. This was my fiest time in Newport and this stay made us want to return. We would definitely recommend a stay at this VRBO.”

“The property is absolutely darling and an amazing location with a million dollar view. The unit itself was not very clean. I wiped down surfaces to remove stuck on food and debris. I had to reclean dishes before we could use them. I saw in the welcome journal that others shared similar experiences. Beautiful place to stay though. ”
