“A very good motel with exceptional facilities in a great location. The food served in the restaurant was of a high standard. The big horse and the animals on site add extra value and entertainment to all. We stayed in the new block that was not fully complete and, in my opinion, should not have been available to guests. Upon completion it will be a great success. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Tamworth”

“We were very impressed with the size and layout of this room. Our daughter uses a Wheelchair and the room was very well layed out, plenty of space to get around and a very accessible bathroom. It was very clean and tidy, the Family Room had 3 beds as well as a comfy lounge. It was also at a very good price point for a room like this in Tamworth. The management were very courteous and helpful. We will definately stay here again.”

“I had a lovely, peaceful, and restful night. The hosts were wonderful, and the rooms were delightful. The beds were so comfortable. Staying at this gorgeous retreat was definitely worth it.”

“There was only ove very soft pillow as not comfortable then had to call the staff to bring more pillows. The point is no lifts for old age or disabilities to get upstairs on the 1st level. No bathrooms in bedrooms as have to go along the hallway also same with kitchen with fridge or microwave oven, kettles.”

“Room was clean and tidy. A bit tired but clean. Staff were good with their directions. Name is a bit odd. Tamworth City Motel but is a drive to the city centre for eating although there are restaurants nearby.”

“The room amenities on expedia said their was a washer and dryer in the rooms and a kitchenette which was not included, staff were friendly. This was the 2bedroom kitchenette room. Also still waiting on refund. Tv did not work in bedroom.”

“You get what you pay for. This is budget accommodation and it lived up to its price point. I would like to see at least enough cutlery, plates and bowls for the 5 people who can stay in the cabin. Other than that it was OK.”

“2nd visit within a week as so good the first time. Nice spacious room clean comfy bed. Pub next door for diner. A gift of a beer and lovely red wine appreciated. Recommend this motel. Thankyou. ”

“The room was clean and tidy. The property however appears tired. The restaurant is closed and not available. It is up for lease. The motel is some distance from town and food outlets are not available close by. Had to go into town for a meal. Was disappointed with that as there was no mention of the restaurant being closed in the advertisement.”

“Town and Country Motor Inn Tamworth is a great motel. Our room was spacious, perfectly clean with all the necessary requirements to make for a comfortable stay. The lady at the Desk was very helpful, looking up restaurants for us to have dinner at.”
