“El personal genial, además hay una chica que habla español. El hotel está bastante apartado, en la montaña con una carretera no muy buena pero el entorno es precioso, la comida riquísima y a buen precio y hay mucha tranquilidad. Si vas a Sofia y alquilas coche necesitas que el hotel tenga aparcamiento o comprar un sim búlgara porque es la única opción de pagar la zona azul y verde, no tienen parquímetros.”

"Among the variables I consider in a hotel at the time of making the choice, service is one of them. Novotel Sofia has one employee at the reception named Rosen who is a gem. Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. The management of the hotel should know he has an outstanding customer oriented employee that deserves all my recognition."
