Great location minutes from beach,small appartment everything you need even sun brolly and chairs ,few defects in property but did not affect our stay.

Pire expérience ! FUYEZ cet hôte à tout prix !!!Nous avons loué cet appartement pour une semaine, principalement parce qu'il était indiqué qu’il y avait une piscine. À notre arrivée : mauvaise surprise, la piscine était fermée. Lorsque nous avons contacté Abritel pour demander un dédommagement, l’hôte a modifié l’annonce après coup pour ajouter la mention "pas de piscine pour cette période" une fois que nous avions déjà signalé le problème. Une pratique malhonnête et inacceptable.Et ce n’est que le début. Voici ce que nous avons trouvé dans l'appartement :Porte de salle de bain casséeOdeur d’égout insupportable dans tout le logementChasse d’eau défectueuseCongélateur hors servicePrésence de cafardsUn cauchemar. Nous étions extrêmement inquiets à l'idée de perdre notre caution, tant il aurait été facile pour l’hôte de nous accuser des nombreux équipements cassés.Autre aberration : pour récupérer les clés, il faut se rendre dans leur agence située à Malaga... à l’opposé de l’appartement ! Si vous voulez les récupérer directement sur place, ils vous facturent 50 supplémentaires. C’est une véritable arnaque : faire payer pour obtenir les clés du logement que l’on a déjà payé est tout simplement scandaleux.Enfin, n’espérez aucune aide de l’hôte en cas de problème. Nous avons eu une urgence avec la serrure : l’hôte a refusé d’appeler un serrurier, malgré le fait que nous lui ayons précisé que nous ne parlions pas espagnol. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls.
