“We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There are some very good restaurants nearby and it is close to the Castleton campus. We also enjoyed some snowshoeing and mountain biking at Slate Valley Trails. ”

“Enjoyed a three night stay with family. The listing is very accurate. This is glamping. If that is what you are expecting you should be delighted. Some nice additional highlights were an ample source of firewood, nice swings, a battery operated fan. Also, the shower was a pleasant surprise. I was not expecting a hot shower. It is a great system. I would say it provides about a one yard reservoir providing heated water. Very nice. Hosts were very helpful and went above and beyond to……

It's a great rustic bilevel home (2 Br in basement) that's well appointed with equipment (treadmill, massage chair and hot tub) great woodburning stove and newer awesome hot tub. Home is unrenovated yet comfortable with great mattresses, and perfect for a landing spot if skiing Killington or other outdoor activity with or without kids. Thank you Doug! ”
