Fabulous!

What a beautiful property!! Very clean, decorated nicely and all the amenities! We are actually looking for a home of our own and until we find what we're looking for we will definitely rent again!

Our Stay at Seagrave Lane

The location and home are wonderful. Just what we needed. Nice quiet cul de sac. My only suggestion is for the owners to review the listing to be sure that dated items are removed (key card) and new items (Ocean Pines Club parking pass) are added! Lovely time.

Wonderful beach vacation house

This house was perfect for my family. There were supposed to be 6 adults and 1 child but ended up being 4 adults and no children. There is a great screened in porch and an outside deck. My only complaint was the beds. The mattresses need to be replaced with better quality. Several of us noted that even after spending the day at the beach and being exhausted the beds bothered us. I would stay here again if we knew the beds were better.

Not happy

Off to a bad start when we had to make numerous calls/texts to make final payment and get check in info. Cleaning lady still on property when we arrived. Had text saying they were running late. Okay. Had to ask her to sweep deck. If she cleaned upstairs toilet she would have known seat was falling off. She said a maintenance person would be right over. Several hours later she returned to repair it. Asked her about outside trash cans. She would call owner. Owner to call trash company. Next day got text saying cans would be delivered “tomorrow “ or next day. Owner called us to find if delivered. We were out. Owner texted about “new” carpet. Carpet certainly did not look new. Expected us to take pix and send her. Wouldn’t that be property management job? Futon in den was torn, dirty and lumpy. Again asked to send pix. When we opened futon out flat found crumbs. Disgusting to sleep on. Kitchen was dirty. When was last time anyone cleaned under toaster, coffee pot or canisters? Crumbs,old coffee and filth. Took down a wine glass and found marks on rim. Book said sunroom cushions were in garage. No! They were on furniture and full of green mold. Sunroom not usable. Deck furniture with peeling paint and rust. Not useable. Owner concerned about cleanliness of grill. We did not use because of conditions. I fully understand that house is in wooded area and that ants are a problem when it rains. However they overtook kitchen and bath. Spiders were a problem in entire house including the large one my grandson awoke to find on his chest while in bed. Living room furniture needs to be at least cleaned. Walls in entire house have dirt/scrub marks including what appeared to be dog slobber at dining/kitchen door. Inside walls need to be painted. We have used Vrbo in the past. Understand rentals are not perfect. But have never had conditions like this , owner placed such emphasis on cleanliness that we were shocked at conditions. Took many pix to support our claims . Evolve was helpful about getting the checkin info for us.

Upcoming 4th weekend

We stayed from the 26 a 3rd. Amazing time. House was plenty big for the 5 of us and 2 dogs. Plenty big for 2-3 more comfortably. We had so much fun and loved the house especially since we could bring our two dogs. This was huge for us and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Owners were so hospitable there is not much more you could ask for. We definitely plan on renting again if not this year then next

Beautiful home on a cozy cul de sac

Beautiful home on a cozy, quiet cul de sac. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this rental for a family get away.

My Week of Peace

This was a week of being with my family, the house I rented was so peaceful and quit. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone that wants to have a quit but fun home to rent for a week or more I recommend more lol.

So peaceful!!

This is the first time I’ve stayed outside of OCMD and I must say it was the best. The house was exactly like the pictures online . The house was very clean and very well stocked with towels, linens and even beach towels. Lots of beach toys for children were also available . We spent most of our evenings on the screened in deck. The ceiling fan made it very tolerable. Edie was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Our stay was amazing!!

A must stay!! 5 stars!! You cant go wrong with staying here.. We absolutely love the owners (how question and problems was fixed in a timely manner, how they help made our stay more special), we love the house (the location, the open concept, the screen in porch for breakfast) everything was amazing about the house and the owners. We will stay here again. So please dont hesitate to stay here! You will enjoy your stay with relaxing, the peace and quiet and the environment. Hope your stay will be just amazing as ours was..

Home away from Home

We were a family of 8., plenty of room for everyone. Lots of thought into providing anything we may have needed for a fun time at the beach, including nice beach towel, some chairs, umbrellas, biggie boards and beach toys for the kids. At the house some nice kid toys and games too. The back porch was quiet and lots of nature sounds. We ate on the porch for all our meals. Enjoyed it in the nites to before game time. The owner is very quick to reply to any concerns or questions. She clearly is interested in you having a good vacation. The home is well cared for and loved! You will have a good experience here.

Wonderful vacation house

We just returned from a week at this beautiful home! It was our grandsons first beach vacation and we couldn’t have picked a better place for it. The home has everything you could possibly need or want . It was only missing the high chair so just be aware if visiting with a baby . Wish we’d had more time and a bit less rain !

Best Place Ever

This place was amazing. I have rented a few homes before and this hands down was the best. They have thought of everything that you can possibly need and supply it for you. The welcome book they have so helpful. House was clean and spacious. Perfect cant say anything more. I will definitely rent from them again.

Pretty close to perfect

This was our first visit to Ocean City, and the first time we stayed at a "by owner" rental. The photos you see in the listing are exactly what you will find. This home was tastefully decorated and was well equipped with everything you'll need. Our party consisted of my husband and I, 2 grown daughters, my 86 year old mom and 3 dogs! This home perfectly accomodated everyone - including the dogs. Edie, the homeowner was very attentive to our needs and clearly gave a lot of thought to what their guests will need - right down to a charging station and cords for your devices. There were plenty of fluffy towels, sheets, blankets, beach equipment, dog supplies, kitchenware and even toiletries in case you forgot something. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodations, and the location was perfect. Close enough to drive into Ocean CIty and Assateague within minutes, but far enough away to enjoy the rustic quiet. There is a grocery store and yummy bagel shop less than 5 minutes away if you choose to eat in., but plenty of great restaurants to indulge. I'd recommend heading over to the Ocean Pines Yacht Club for a meal or cocktail at the marina. It was quite nice. We look forward to staying in this lovely home again soon. Thanks for helping to provide a wonderful vacation for our family.

Excellent Experience

Our family consisted of my husband and I, 2 grown daughters,, 86 year old mom and 3 dogs! The accommodations and host couldn't have been better. This home was very clean and well supplied with everything you could need. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! It was great not to have to haul beach equipment, towels, sheets and other incidentals that were already in the house. There was even a phone charging station with multiple cords for whatever device you have. There were many incidentals available for the pups as well. Our host, Edie was available if we had any questions and clearly went the distance to make guests comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to Ocean City that we went back and forth sometimes 3 times a day - yet far enough away from the noise and crowds. We visited Assateague Island, the town of Berlin and of course Ocean City beach and boardwalk. The Ocean Pines community is lovely. Very quiet and wooded. While we never got to the pool, we did have dinner and drinks at the Yacht Club. I'd recommend sitting outside for lunch or a cocktail. Overall, this home offered my family a wonderful vacation for our first trip to Maryland. We hope to return again soon!
