Located in Ocean Pines and a short drive to Ocean City, this home is sure to make the best vacation spot. Offering 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and an open floor plan. On the home you will find a large eat-in kitchen and dining area, which opens to the spacious living area. You will also find a bath for guests and a laundry area. The master bedroom with a queen size bed and bath. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. You have access to the private screened porch from the family room. The owner does not provide sheets or towels. The owner does provide comforters and pillows. The home was just as pictured. Loved being on a canal. It was quiet. Being late in the season it was nice to throw out a fishing rod and catch some small spot. The house was clean and very well stocked. There were food wrappers on the bedroom floors that were there when we got there, bugs crawling around in one of the rooms, we lysoled the kitchen table and the rag came up black, just to name a few things. Boat access was easy and convenient. We had 6 adults, the house was plenty big enough for all of us. Everything was found clean and satisfactory!
