“The hotel is excellent and great location. It really punches above it's weight and it is much more on par with 4 star establishments. The staff are always super nice and helpful, rooms are great and clean, the air con is probably the best I've experienced in any European hotel and they offer loads of great added extras to guests that make you feel very well looked after. The location is great for being very close to the main beaches. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Biarritz. Special thanks……

“Lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a superior double room which was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. Whilst we didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel due the abundance of super cafe’s all within a few minutes walk of the hotel it was available and looked good. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great service, great location and a great place to relax in Biarritz”

“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”
