“have no fault to find with...”

“Room is clean and cosy. German style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location which take 5-10min walk to old town Alstadt or mitte area or shops/restaurants. It is a 15min walk to hbf and thus suggested to take bus to n from hbf. Bus stop are just outside the hotel n 1min walk only. Carpark is available. ”

“Free access to the water land up to 10pm is a great experience. Restaurant serves tasty food with nice service. Room is clean and bed is comfort.”

“The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”

“The staff was super helpful and kind. We were on our way from Africa to Canada and wanted to visit our friends in Hamburg. We didn’t want to carry all our luggage with us so we asked the hotel staff if we could leave our luggage for few days with them as we will be staying there on our way back. It was no problem for which we are very grateful. The hotel has a shuttle going to and from the airport, the menu for dinner may not have lots of verity but the food is delicious. One thing that bothered……

“Good for a short stay. Located near CBD, Zeil mall and other sightseeing spots which is very nice. However the room size is a bit tight, and it does not come with kettle/cups/refrigerator... etc., which is a bit inconvenient.”
