“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Ich reise wirklich ziemlich viel und war schon in vielen wunderbaren Hotels und Unterkünften, das Zimmer im Palazzo Negri war mit Abstand das schönste, in dem ich je war. Man hat das Gefühl, in einem Film zu sein. “I think I must have got the best deal for accommodation in Verona! This is a 2-room apartment (including a little kitchen and sofa), in excellent condition with a perfect location (near the main square, Piazza Bra). The only disadvantage is that you have to check in/out at a different location, a nearby hotel, but whose staff were helpful. The building may not have a grand entrance but is next to the river and close to a supermarket (just 3 minutes walk south on the main street).”

“Erikas Appartement war sauber, ordentlich, gemütlich und das, was man sich unter einem Appartement in Verona vorstellt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss in Kombination mit einem Ventilator im Erdgeschoss sind im Hochsommer bei annähernd 40 Grad Gold wert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Lage ist unschlagbar.Der kleine, süße……
