I was in a really tough situation of my Vrbo not working out. I had my daughter and a friend so we needed a place to stay. I spoke with one of the employees at BW and she was the absolute best. She was able to get us in a room for the weekend. So very helpful!!!

The property is on the edge of downtown, so there is much to do. I received breakfast vouchers to the adjacent restaurant which has great food & sells fabulous freshly baked bread.

I heard a bird chirping by the steps all night and people talking on the steps. Very noisy and can hear thru the walls everything. Everything echos. Blanket was thin and room was not what I expected. I thought we were suppose to have a bath tub but ended up with a shower. Was put by the maintenance room, so he was in n out. Someone make that bird shut up!

Charged me two months later
Stay was fine. What isn’t fine is they apparently couldn’t get their card reader to work when I was there (in January) so they just now charged my credit card for it but didn’t have the respect enough to call me and tell me OR the friend I was with (who had the same exact thing happen). They weren’t overly polite about it, no apologies whatsoever.

The front desk girl was the absolute sweetest! Sorry i didnt catch her name. And then the room was so clean. The bathroom floor was heated! Bathroom was spotless. Bedding was clean. Beds were comfy. Information porvided by the girl at thw front desk was super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I drove my gmc sierra and it was a tight squeeze for parking so keep that in mind if you have anything long or bigger. But they did give me very fair warninga beforehand.
