Located in the heart of downtown and ideally situated just blocks from the beach and the nightlife of Biloxi’s Downtown Entertainment District, Viva Biloxi is a newly renovated first floor condo steps away from two of the Coast's premiere gaming properties, the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Casinos, the famous Mary Mahoney's restaurant, and a short stroll to MGM Field, home of the Biloxi Shuckers, and the Biloxi beach. Or take a short ride to 6 other exciting Biloxi casinos on the Biloxi shuttle.

Equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, cookware and dinnerware to prepare a relaxing breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack if you would rather stay in than eat out at the numerous Biloxi hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the flat-screen SmartTV and use your accounts to stream your favorite shows.

While at Viva Biloxi you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but you may want to take a chance on the many great restaurants, antique stores, casinos, museums, and much more in the heart of Biloxi's downtown that are within easy walking distance. Either way, you'll hit the jackpot with Viva Biloxi!

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given (only two people can sleep overnight) No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property. There are no inside cameras.***

If needing more space, we also offer a one-bedroom condo called Biloxi Romance & a two bedroom condo called Downtown Darling which are on the second floor of the building. All three are separate units.
