“Staff was friendly and helpful I did let them know ( front desk when we check out ) that air condition was leaking water, I notice that day we were checking out”

“Our room/bathroom was clean. Bed/pillows were comfortable, Manager was pleasant and helpful.”

“We checked in, immediately went to eat, and returned only to find 1/3 of the room was soaking wet due to a leaking A/C we presume. We reported the issued to the front desk, but they said they didn't have any more rooms, but they could put some towels down. The room was dangerous! A slip risk due to water-soaked carpet and an electrical shock risk due to the soaking wet carpet and electrical cords about. They didn't help us find another hotel, they only stated there were some up the street. Upon……

“The first room we were in had a broken window and a broken mirror. They then moved us to another room, but there was no air conditioning, mold in the showers, and flies everywhere. The elevator was scary; it got stuck for a few seconds and made a loud noise. The staff was helpful.”

“We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!”

The pool was out of service, my son missed that. good staff attention. the breakfast is very simple (said as a Mexican). Acceptable and cost benefit effective. “Reservamos una habitacion para 5, 2 adultos y 2 adolencentes y un niño y al llegar nos dierpn un cuarto de 2 camas queen, tuve que dormir en el piso para que los demas durmieran en camas, en el mostrador me dijeron que e ra comun que llegaran con ese tipo de reseva pero que no tenian en si hablilitado para que durmiera un 5to huesped, nos ofrecio llevar un tipo catre pero nos advortio que era muy complicado acomodarlo ya que no hay espacion en la habitación..”

“No pool and had to pay $15.00 to park one night. Construction made it difficult to walk to nice beach. Food was good, but they were out of yogurt and their cinnamon rolls.”
