“Staff could be a friendlier and more welcoming in the front. Tone used feels like I am checking in, into a emergency room with a stern receptionist who has had a long night. Besides that, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has alot to offer. ”

“The bathroom had wallpaper coming off, the mirrors were streaking, the room with the ice machine was littered with dirty linens- even under the machine, the elevator doors were so dirty, the pool was like ice cubes. The Lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly. It just felt like once you leave the lobby it’s a completely different hotel- more like a motel where you pay by the hour. ”

“Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The pool and gym are very nice as well. Clean and tidy. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the mattresses. They had not so clean sheets when we arrived they had a smell. We told front desk and they changed them. Also communication to the front desk is bad. They never answer. But honestly is a good hotel with good breakfast and location. Id stay there again ”

“Our stay thankfully was short. The restroom door had to be pushed or pulled with force because it dragged the ground. The tub and toilet need to be replaced. ”
