The location of the hotel was across the street from the harbor. You were located right in the center of action. I enjoyed the fact you could walk across the street and fish right off the pier. Take your morning walk on the street right next to the water. And the grounds were so inviting with the trees and picnic tables just outside the door to your room. There was a place to eat across the street and next door was the gift shop. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel did not meet our expectations, they exceeded them!! It was perfect … from the friendly greeting and introduction to Rockport at the front desk to all the details in the room that made it perfect for an anniversary weekend getaway. Some of our favorite restaurants and gift shop were just a short stroll from the hotel. No need to hop back in the car after a long drive earlier in the day. We usually stay at the La Quinta but this hotel was offering a competitive price and we figured since it was brand new we would give it a try. This hotel was very nice and very clean. My only complaint is the bed was hard but I am also used to sleeping on a memory foam so I cant complain to much. House keeping was wonderful and they even picked up and organized my things which were thrown all over the room from us getting ready that morning. Wow! This cottage rental has beyond exceeded our expectations. Our room was extremely clean and looked like it had been taken straight from a magazine. We were very happy with our experience. Great job Oasis Resort!

I would stay here again! Everything I encountered at this hotel was clean, in good repair, and the staff were kind, and helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights and was very comfortable and clean. Pool was very nice too! Breakfast was very good with eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy and all the normal continental breakfast items along with a very sweet and happy breakfast attendant. We have no complaints about our stay and will be returning.

The Place is so quiet and peaceful condo was clean other people staying next to use where friendly definitely going back .

I mainly chose this property due to the high rating from previous customers plus a very competitive rate. When we arrived at the location we were greeted by Vanessa at the front desk who made us feel very welcome right away and gave us first class service. We’ve been staying at this place for years. Super friendly staff. Very clean. It’s close to many activities, shopping, & the beach. I’ve stayed here with just my husband and myself and also with our kids. We always enjoy our stay!

Place was clean simple and perfect just to relax. Person at front desk was very friendly and let us check in a little early. I will definitely be back.
